The annual fee covers the Code and the New Homes Ombudsman Service. You will receive practical resources to support Code implementation, embed best practices, and elevate your customer service standards. You will also benefit from ongoing guidance and expert support from our industry engagement team, helping you stay compliant to support your delivery of quality new homes and excellent customer service.

How do we set our fees?
Our fees are periodically reviewed to ensure they remain fair and proportionate. They cover the operating costs of the New Homes Quality Board and the New Homes Ombudsman Service. These are not-for-profit organisations.
